Data Removal and Correction Requests

jailinmate.net does not host inmate records. We only link to official government websites operated by county sheriff offices and departments of corrections.

To request removal from official government records (expungement, sealing, or correction of a booking record), you must contact the government agency that maintains the record directly. We can provide you with the contact information for the relevant county facility — just email us the county and state.

To report inaccurate or outdated information on jailinmate.net (such as an incorrect link, wrong facility name, or wrong phone number), email contact@jailinmate.net with:

• What information is incorrect
• What the correct information should be (if known)

We will review and update the page within 24–48 hours.

What We Cannot Help With

Please note that there are some things outside our control:

• We cannot restore a link if the government agency has taken down their search tool
